FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers for installation, updates and choosing the correct build.

Which macOS installer should I download?

Open Apple menu → About This Mac. Choose Apple silicon for M1, M2, M3 or M4 devices. Choose Intel only when the processor is listed as Intel.

Why does my operating system show a security warning?

Version 1.0.0 is currently an unsigned test release. Public distribution requires a Windows code-signing certificate and an Apple Developer ID with notarization.

Will installing an update remove match data?

A normal upgrade keeps application data in the operating system’s user-data folder. Back up important match data and test every update before a live fixture.

How do I verify the downloaded file?

Calculate the file’s SHA-256 checksum and compare it character-for-character with the value shown on its download card. Use the Copy button to avoid transcription errors.

Can I update during a live match?

No. Close the application and update at least one day before the fixture, then verify sign-in, scoring, API connectivity and broadcast graphics.

Need deployment or installation help?

Contact your system administrator with your OS, app version and a screenshot of the message.
